1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website or its provider can place in your browser. Session storage is browser storage that normally lasts only for the current browser session. Similar technologies can remember a state, route traffic, prevent abuse, or complete a transaction.
This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains the personal information associated with these technologies.
2. Technologies currently used
- Layer9ine quiz session storage
- After you request a free report, the site stores your quiz answers under
l9-quiz-answersin session storage so the in-depth-analysis form can carry them forward. It is functional, stays in your browser, and normally clears when the browser session ends or when you clear site data. - Cloudflare security and delivery
- Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish legitimate traffic, manage sessions, route requests, and defend against automated abuse. Names and duration can vary with Cloudflare’s configuration and security response. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.
- Stripe checkout
- If checkout is enabled and you continue to Stripe, Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on its hosted payment pages to process transactions, prevent fraud, and remember checkout state. Those technologies are controlled by Stripe. See Stripe’s Cookie Policy.
3. What we do not currently use
Layer9ine does not currently place analytics, advertising, retargeting, social-media tracking, or cross-site behavioural cookies through this Site. We do not use a cookie banner because we have not enabled non-essential cookie categories that require an opt-in choice.
If we add non-essential analytics, personalization, or advertising technology, we will update this policy and provide a consent choice before using it where required.
4. Your controls
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies can prevent security checks, forms, chat, checkout, or other parts of the Site from working correctly. You can remove the quiz session value without affecting information already submitted to Layer9ine.
Browser help pages explain the controls available in your browser. Provider-hosted pages, such as Stripe Checkout, may offer additional controls under the provider’s policy.
5. Changes and contact
Technologies can change as we improve the Site. We will update this page and its “Last updated” date when our practices materially change. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
