1. Our commitment
Layer9ine aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a continuing target, not a claim that every page or third-party service currently conforms without exception.
We consider accessibility when designing, writing, building, testing, and maintaining the Site, and we welcome direct feedback when something gets in the way.
2. Measures currently in place
- semantic landmarks, headings, labels, and descriptive control names;
- a keyboard-accessible skip link and visible focus indicators;
- minimum touch-target sizing for primary interactive controls;
- responsive layouts for desktop and mobile screens;
- text and interface colours selected for readable contrast;
- support for the browser’s reduced-motion preference;
- status messages that can be announced by assistive technology; and
- text alternatives that identify illustrative dashboard graphics without treating them as live customer data.
3. Known limitations
Some highly visual dashboard illustrations and layered scroll sequences may not communicate every decorative detail to a screen-reader user. Their meaningful purpose is described through adjacent page content and accessible labels, and reduced-motion settings provide a static presentation.
Third-party experiences, including a future Stripe-hosted checkout, are operated by their providers and can differ from the Layer9ine interface. We will work with users who encounter a barrier and, where practical, offer an alternative way to receive information or complete a request.
4. Feedback and accommodation
If you have difficulty using the Site, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility barrier, email [email protected]. Please identify the page or feature, describe what happened, and tell us what format or accommodation would help. You do not need to disclose a disability.
We will review the request, respond as promptly as reasonably possible, and work with you on an appropriate accessible alternative. Accessibility feedback is used to prioritize improvements.
5. Ongoing review
We review accessibility as the Site changes and update this statement when material capabilities or limitations change. The date above reflects the latest published review of this statement.
